After heavy criticism for refusing to reschedule midterm three despite it being during a once-in-a-lifetime solar eclipse last Monday, the math department has once again come under fire after refusing to delay midterm four following yesterday’s global nuclear apocalypse.

Following Russia’s tactical strike against Paris, which escalated into a doomsday scenario in which 1/3rd of the global population was wiped from the face of the Earth, the re-animated irradiated corpse of mathematics professor Deano Goolick made this announcement via carrier pigeons, as Eduroam was out following an outage unrelated to the End of Days.

“This is a reminder that although you are possibly grieving over the death of some or all of your loved ones, the fourth midterm for Calculus 1-3 will still be held on Monday, May 6th. Please remember to avoid toxic pools and rogue firestorms, as you will not gain time back for being late. Cheers.”

All three STEM majors still on campus were understandably outraged following this statement. “This is ridiculous,” said electrical engineering student Robert House. “First, we have to miss a celestial miracle to do a no-calculator exam on integrals, and now we have to brave the beasts of the rad-wastes to make it there while hoping our limbs don’t fall off from the 900-roentgen radiation. My friend got mauled by a Carakiller on his way to what’s left of the Y, but I can’t afford to fail this class.”

Finals will also be held on their original date, with the remains of Goolick saying that the exam will not be postponed even if the hoard of Beastmen rapidly approaching campus arrive to bestow judgment on those not touched by the blessing of radiation. Goolick explained this decision by saying, “Fuck you. That’s why.”
